nibbio brunoSono molto aggressivi e spaventano chi cerca di mangiarsi qualche snack nell'area di servizio di Awaji (vicino al ponte Akashi-Kaikyo).

Sono un grosso stormo di nibbi bruni, che hanno scoperto che rubare il cibo ai turisti è più facile e veloce rispetto alla caccia di animali. Si riuniscono, scendono in picchiata e strappano letteralmente il cibo dalle mani delle persone del tutto ignare. L'area di servizio ha esposto cartelli per avvisare i visitatori del pericolo. Alcuni di essi lasciano addirittura del cibo su delle panchine solo per vedere come gli uccelli lo prendano, un'idea poco furba perchè di certo non risolve il problema.
