Come da copione ormai consolidato nell'industria videoludica, dopo la smentita ufficiale di qualche settimana fa, Sony ha annunciato nella giornata di ieri la nomina ufficiale di Kazuo Hirai a nuovo presidente e CEO della compagnia sostituendo Howard Stringer a partire dal 1 aprile: "Sono felice di succedere ad un così abile presidente come Sir Howard Stringer", ha dichiarato il buon Kaz, "se non fosse stato per lui, i tempi difficili che stiamo vivendo sarebbero stati molto più duri". 

Ricordiamo che Kaz Hirai, è stato leader di Sony Computer Entertainment negli ultimi anni, e poi presidente dopo "l'addio" di Ken Kutaragi creatore del brand Playstation.
