Ecco a voi "Sum", il nuovo robot prodotto dalla compagnia Tohoku Kankyo. Questo piccolo ritrovato tecnologico "inghiotte" cibo vecchio ed escrementi animali, trasformandoli in un composto eco-compatibile (una sorta di humus):

Usando una specie di biosostanza che elimina gli odori, il Sum può gestire circa 600 grammi di scarti al giorno.

Il prezzo è di circa 51.000 yen (poco meno di 400 euro) ed avrà bisogno di una nuova "cartuccia bio-compatibile" ogni 4 mesi.
