Shinkansen E5La settima scorsa Japan Rail Company, la Trenitalia giapponese, ha mostrato in una suntuosa conferenza stampa, il primo rendering del nuovo modello di treno ad alta velocità, lo Shinkansen E5. Il nuovissimo treno, che raggiunge la velocità massima di 320km/h, entrerà in funzione nel 2011 e attualmente ne sono in produzione 59 esemplari.

 

La composizione del convoglio sarà di 10 carrozze, dove quella di testa, sarà la Business Class chiamata “Super Green Car”, (Green Car in Giappone è la nostra 1a Classe), ovvero una carrozza lussuosa con sedili larghi, schienale reclinabile fino a 45 gradi, poltrone distanziate di 14 centimetri nonchè una cameriera per ogni vagone.
