Ieri 25 Agosto si è tenuta una particolare cerimonia nuziale sotto il Gundam di Odaiba. La coppia che si è sposata ai piedi del enorme robot che ricordiamo verrà esposto nella baia di Tokyo fino al 31 agosto, è stata scelta tra oltre 500 coppie che avevano in programma il matrimonio. La coppia ha inoltre ricevuto le congratulazioni di Yoshiyuki Tomino, il padre di Gundam, al quale hanno confidato che la loro figlia appena nata porta il nome di Seira in onore di un personaggio della fortunatissima serie.
