tokyo 2016In questo video potete vedere come il governo di Tokyo sperava di convincere il CIO (comitato olimpico internazionale) a scegliere la loro città come luogo per le Olimpiadi 2016.

Per chi non lo sapesse la decisione è già arrivata (Venerdì scorso) e il CIO ha eliminato Tokyo al secondo turno di voti, lasciando al ballottaggio Madrid e Rio de Janerio, dando poi la vittoria alla città brasiliana.

Da un punto di vista meramente organizzativo, il Giappone sarebbe stato un luogo pressochè perfetto: ottime infrastrutture, alberghi e trasporti.

Sarà stata l'arroganza del motto "Nihon dakara, dekiru" (Siamo il Giappone, quindi ci riusciremo) a far tentennare i delegati olimpici?
