airbag toyotaTokyo - Toyota ha sviluppato un nuovo airbag in grado di proteggere il passeggero che siede centrale nei sedili posteriori. E' la prima azienda automobilistica al mondo a realizzare un qualcosa di simile. L'airbag proteggerà il passeggero in caso di urti laterali.

Quando il veicolo viene colpito di lato, l'airbag si gonfia dall'alto proteggendo i passeggeri da urti fra di loro. Il nuovo airbag sarà equipaggiamento standard per una nuova vettura di prossimo lancio sul mercato giapponese.
