forte ventoTokyo - Il vento sta causando non pochi disagi a Tokyo. Dopo la notizia del volo Fed-Ex schiantatosi a Narita, anche la capitale del paese del sol levante accusa qualche problema. Alcuni treni delle linee JR sono deragliati mentre altri convogli della Tokyo Metro hanno viaggiato ad una velocità molto ridotta.

Altre linee meno colpite dal maltempo sono state letteralmente prese d'assalto dai pendolari, che si recavano a scuola o al lavoro, causando ritardi fino ad 1 ora.

Alcune persone sono anche rimaste ferite a causa della calca nelle stazioni.
