altAnnunciata già qualche mese fa', Panasonic e Sanyo hanno avviato il processo di fusione dei 2 colossi dell'elettronica giapponese.

L'accordo prevede la valutazione da parte di Panasonic di 131 yen per ogni azione Sanyo per un valore stimato di 800 miliardi di yen, circa 9 miliardi di dollari. Con questa fusione Panasonic, acquisendo di fatto Sanyo che vanta tra i maggiori azionisti Goldman Sachs, Sumitomo e Daiwa, da vita al più grosso colosso dell'elettronica diversificata posizionandosi davanti a Sony ed Hitachi.
