sanyoOsaka - A volte le grandi società farebbero meglio a non approfittare troppo delle crisi economiche per licenziare i propri dipendenti. Ne sa qualcosa la Sanyo, che s'è vista recapitare ben 988 lettere di dimissioni da parte dei propri dipendenti della divisione semiconduttori. Il numero è doppio rispetto ai futuri tagli previsti dal colosso elettronico.

Il risultato? Queste persone avranno un forte indennizzo per aver smesso di propria volontà di lavorare, per un totale di 8.5 milioni di yen (circa 70 mila euro), ben 2.5 milioni di yen in più del preventivato (circa 20 mila euro).
