esportazioni giapponesiTokyo - La crisi mondiale sembra aver davvero dilaniato il Giappone. A Febbraio, infatti, le esportazioni totali si sono dimezzate rispetto all'anno precedente.

La recessione che ha colpito la terra del sol levante è peggiore di quella della Seconda Guerra Mondiale, con una contrazione prevista del 5,8% entro fine 2009, anche se gli esperti affermano che sarà ben peggiore.

Il blocco dell'economia nazionale ha portato anche ad un blocco delle importazioni, calate del 43%. L'esportazione di veicoli è crollata del 64%, del 71% verso i soli USA.

Toyota non registra profitti per la prima volta dal 1950, Honda ha riportato un calo del 43% nelle esportazioni mentre Nissan ha avuto un calo di produzione del 51%.
