acqua balconeTokyo - Due uomini, Keitaro Hagiwara (24 anni) e Katsunori Yamana (25 anni), sono stati arrestati dalla polizia con l'accusa di aver gettato acqua dal loro appartamento all'undicesimo piano di una palazzina e di aver bagnato due persone: un uomo di 41 anni e suo figlio di 3.

Il "gavettone" consisteva in 45 litri d'acqua, gettati diverse volte prima di colpire qualcuno. Anche se la polizia ha affermato che non ci sono feriti, i due uomini sono stati arrestati per il rischio di danneggiare l'incolumità altrui e per la preoccupazione del vicinato.

Hagiwara e Yamana hanno ammesso di aver compiuto il gesto solo per divertimento.
