kawagoeSaitama - Un uomo di 23 anni è stato arrestato con l'accusa di aver preso a calci e pugni un capotreno, il quale aveva informato il giovane che in quell'area della stazione JR di Kawagoe era vietato fumare.

Tomoya Hasegawa, un impiegato residente a Kawagoe, si è arrabbiato e dopo aver affermato "Non rompere, l'ho appena accesa" ha iniziato a prendere a calci il capotreno. Il tutto è avvenuto intorno alle 23.30.

Dopo aver fatto ciò Hasegawa è salito sul treno, per scendere alla stazione di Matoba circa 10 minuti dopo. Lì ha tirato nuovamente un pugno al capotreno.

L'uomo ha ammesso di aver commesso il fatto, aggiungendo che era ubriaco.
