altPer la recente visita di Re Juan Carlos di Spagna e della Regina, l'Imperatore giapponese  Akihito e la consorte, si sono recati alla Tsukuba Space Center utilizzando per la prima volta il nuovo treno imperiale.

Il nuovo treno, costruito nel 2007 dalla Japan Rail, la compagnia che gestisce le ferrovie giapponesi, è composto dalla motrice e da 5 carrozze di cui una è ad uso esclusivo della famiglia imperiale mentre le altre servono per ospitare manifestazioni ed eventi.
